I have lost my car key in Leeds city centre and the car is on one of the station car park decks. Can you get to it?
Yes. Tell us which car park and level, as the station decks and the surrounding multi-storeys have height restrictions and we may bring the equipment up on foot. We check photo ID and proof of ownership, then cut and programme a replacement at the car. On most vehicles the lost key is deleted from the car's memory at the same time.
There are four of us in a student house in Headingley sharing one car and one key. Can you cut a second key?
Yes. With one working key present we can programme an additional key at the car, which is a straightforward visit compared with replacing a lost one. The registered keeper needs to be there with photo ID and the V5 or insurance in their name. If the car is on-street around Headingley or Hyde Park, give us the road name so the van can find it.
