My car is in a city-centre multi-storey and I cannot get in. Can you work in there?
Usually yes, but the height restriction decides how. Check the sign at the entrance when you call and tell us which car park and level you are on. If the van fits we come to the car; if it does not we work from the nearest level we can reach or bring what the job needs to you on foot. Either way we open the car without damage using non-destructive entry.
Do you cover the whole of Manchester or just the centre?

I left the car at a park and ride all day and now the fob is dead. What is that likely to be?
Most often a flat battery in the key or a worn button rather than a failed key, and both are fixed on the spot. Sometimes the key has lost its programming to the car, which we can restore at the vehicle. If the key is genuinely dead or lost we cut and code a replacement there, and on most cars the old key is erased so it will no longer start the engine.
