Yes. Tell us the level and roughly where on it the car is, and check the height barrier on the way in: if the van will not fit we walk in with the tools. Entry is non-destructive, and we confirm the car is yours before we open it.
I am a student at UCLan and have lost the only key to my car. Do you need the owner present if the car is in a parent's name?
We need proof that the car can be released to you, so a V5 or insurance document in the name of whoever owns it, plus your own photo ID, and ideally the owner on the phone to confirm. Once that is done we cut and programme a new key at the car, on campus or wherever it is parked in PR1.
