My car is in the Broad Street Plaza multi-storey and I have lost the only key. Is that a problem?
Not usually. Multi-storeys have height restrictions, so tell us the level and bay and we will sort out the approach. We cut and programme a replacement key at the car, check your ID and proof of ownership, and on most models delete the lost key from the vehicle so it can no longer start the engine.
