How it works
Keys locked in the boot, a child locked in the car, a key snapped in the door or a lock that has seized. We open vehicles using proper locksmith tools and techniques, not force, so the door, lock and paintwork are exactly as we found them.
While you wait
If a child or animal is locked in the car on a warm day, call 999 first and then call us. Otherwise, stay with the vehicle, have your ID ready and tell us exactly where the car is, including the car park level or bay if it is in a multi-storey.

Will opening the car damage it?
No. We use non-destructive entry methods designed for the job. The door, lock and trim are left as they were.
Do I need to prove the car is mine before you open it?
Yes. We will ask for photo ID and a document linking you to the vehicle before we gain entry. It is a legal safeguard and we do not skip it.
